A Home Birth

I Met this family a couple weeks prior to the birth of baby. We all walked a local park talked about the excitement of baby sister, I captured some family photos and we stayed in touch. Labor started on a sunny morning. Siblings got to be home from school with mom, they helped in ways you could tell came naturally for them as children. Watching their mothers strength and the support and love their father gave during this intense special morning. Birth happens in so many ways. Each birth is unique. My wish is this family can always reflect back on this beautiful day they all shared and never forget this bond they have created.
